U11 Hotel & Spa Tallinn

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The location was ideal - it was within walking distance to the downtown area, making it very convenient for exploring the city and enjoying the restaurants. The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The family room was spacious and comfortable, with a fridge and kettle available. The hotel's proximity to our destination and the option to prepare meals made our stay even more convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel and the daily room cleaning service were also commendable. the hotel's location near a beautiful park and a football ground added to the overall appeal. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when we requested extra beds and a small pillow for our baby.

The door opening system was very convenient, even for older guests. The hotel was perfect for hosting guests as it was located across the street from my place. the hotel provided a great experience for business guests.

One aspect that needs improvement is the lack of staff presence on the premises, which could be a concern in case of an emergency.
